Study On The Key Technology In Collaborative Logistics System Of Automobile Manufacturing

With development of the automotive manufacturing information,collaborative becomes the main theme of the automotive manufacturing information in recent years. In demand of the extension,high speed and low cost of collaborative E-commerce, collaborative logistics becomes the key mode in recent years.This paper bases on the co-evolution as the guiding ideology,building a car manufacturing logistics coordination,and do collaborative research in the information sharing,trust mechanism and strategy for the distribution of profits model,and logistics coordination system for in-depth analysis of the performance.In chapter 1,to introduce background and significance of the research and the development trend and the current research situations of the cross-cooperation mode; some theoretic of agile supply chain is introduced,and the problem of production management is weightily pointed out.The thesis frame is presented after the primary content is explained.In chapter 2,introduces foundational theory of synergic and the concept of synergic production;Collaborative E-commerce strategy of overflow effect is studied. it Include collaborated procurement,cooperating distribution and Collaboratively Managed Inventory(VMI);Finally main contents in the dissertation is proposed and put forward coordinated logistics system should have the information sharing mechanism,distribute profits mechanism and trust mechanism;In chapter 3,aimed at the information sharing problems in Supply Chain,and based on the theory of agency by agreement the incentive and supervisory mechanism is designed to boost partner enterprise's effort level,between core enterprise and partner enterprise.The mechanism's characters and the parameters' terms to ensure the validity are discussed ales;In chapter 4,in-depth study of cooperation and non-cooperation under construction enterprises in the supply chain behavior characteristics of the different states to the principle of profit and profit changes,restricting the supply chain solutions construction and development of key issues,to encourage members of the supply chain enterprises co-operation to promote the healthy development of the supply chain;In chapter 5,defines trust dimension of supply chain.Based on the review of the factors in trust dimension,it puts forward the composing elements of trust dimension, which clouds three dimensions,.I e.competence,reliability and good will Moreover, it puts forward the definition and composition of cooperation behavior for supply chain partnership.Finally a model illustrating trust is set up;In chapter 6,application of theoretical study co-vehicle manufacturer and co-operation of the logistics business model to build a car manufacturing logistics coordination system for science and logistics to carry out coordinated research;In chapter 7,the contents,conclusions and innovations of this dissertation have been summarized and the further research wors have been forecast;...
