As an important branch of service supply chain, Logistics Service Supply Chain isalso an active area. Logistics service's capacity acquisition, integration and optimizationbecame the key factor to the cooperation and coordination of logistics services supplychain. Therefore, further research on coordination, distribution of profits coordinationand information-sharing mechanism in logistics service supply chain based oncompetency cooperation is presented in this paper.Firstly, the definition of logistics service capacity and the essential characteristic isspecified based on the study of existing references. Combined with the characteristics oflogistics services, we propose the research on coordination logistics services supply inthis article is in the view of contract and information sharing system.Secondly, the options contracts based on the quantity coordination model wasestablished, gave the optimal logistics capabilities order quantity and the optimalfunctional investment quantity in logistics capabilities in the case of symmetric andasymmetric information, as well as their respective optimal profit, and the validity ofthe option contract is also verified through numerical example.Thirdly, profit sharing cooperation model of LSSC based on the revised Shapleyvalue is established by considering the marginal contribution of all the members toLSSC, resource investment, risk sharing, reliability of logistics service supply, innovation of service technical, making the profit distribution more fair and reasonable. Finally, the research of supply chain information sharing mechanism is presentedfrom a qualitative point of view. Combined with the characteristics of LSSC, this articleestablishes the information-sharing LSSC structural model, and proposes the incentivesstrategies and achievable method of the information sharing mechanism.
