A Study Of Inter-enterprise Trust Mechanism In Supply Chain Collaboration Management That Based On Information Sharing

Since the 1990s, with the depth of economic globalization, aggravation of competition, change of consumer demand and the progress of information technology, Supply Chain Strategy experience a great transformation, Supply Chain Collaboration emerged. The competition between enterprises has become the Supply Chain competition, and the Supply Chain performance depends on the collaboration effect between node enterprises. Effective collaboration between supply chain members will achieve the win-win situation in the supply chain.Trust between the node enterprises is very important to the highly effective collaboration supply chain, node enterprises has to build up a perfect trust mechanism. The most research of the trust mechanism between node enterprises is form the soft angle, such as contract, charter and culture. Along with environment change, the soft trust foundation has been shaken, there are many default risk, such as Camera choice, Moral hazard and Opportunism tendency.For the better implementation of Supply Chain Collaboration Management, the trust mechanism between node enterprises must be hardened. It is proved that the root of crisis of confidence is the low degree of information sharing between node enterprises. So, enhances the information sharing degree can strengthen and consolidate the trust mechanism, can reduce conflicts and increase trust between the node enterprises.In the first three chapters, writer elaborated the theory of Supply Chain Collaboration Management, the theory of ERP. On this base, analysis the trust mechanism between node enterprises basically, point out that the development of trust mechanism is a process of deepening and hardening; find out that the root of default risk is the low degree of information sharing between node enterprises. Based on this, writer proposed the concepts and methods of hardening trust mechanism.In the four chapter, analysis the trust mechanism between node enterprises thoroughly, elaborate the primary coverage of the Information flow, summaries the value of Information sharing, and point out that the foundation of Information sharing is to build up ERP system.In the five chapter, writer propose a new Information sharing model——Based on Initiative Information Service Core Enterprise Managed Model, and establish the Information sharing platform.
