The human resources are the key resources of development of modern financial circles,which plays a decisive role in its development.The coming by chance of U.S.A.'s financial storm stems from the avarice of the financial professionals in U.S.A.who make profit as their only aim.It makes their morals lost to chase the wealth as dementia,which is the evil consequence of development of the materialcentric economy.The materialcentric economy whose goal is the increase of material wealth has caused the conflict between of human society and nature, interpersonal competition and people self-contradictory in himself.The materialcentric economy puts the mankind in the strange circle where the economic growth and crisis circulates,and the crisis of human society will be more and more serious.The materialcentric economy makes people as slave of wealth,who often feel the self- lose and inanition of spirit under the vanity of material wealth.The return of the humanistic economy regards people's development as the basic starting point and final purpose of economic development,which is the inevitable choice of the human social development.The humanistic economy wakes people's concern and love in life,which is the basic route to solve crisis environmental and conflict social.The human resources management in which people's complexity was neglected in the past,lacks the understanding and assurance of human nature,which makes people lose the most basic ethical ethics idea and pursue wealth even selflosing simply.Contrary to this,the people under humanistic economic perspective is the " complicated people " who has the characteristic personally owned,about whom the humanistic economy has integrally consideration,so people will get overall development in the humanistic economy.China's economy is a transformation period of high speed,the financial circles of China should offer the good guarantee for it,by its own healthy development,all of which depend on the good administration of the human resources of Chinese financial enterprises.China has her own traditional culture,which pays close attention to the life,to people's development in an all-round way,and includes the thoughts suitable for Chinese in the humanistic economic development.Chinese financial enterprises should use the traditional culture and Chinese ideology to administer their human resources,because it is human-oriented,based on ethics and morals and inspires intelligence.The understanding of the human resources of China's traditional thought sets up on the foundation of the understanding of life,as to the thing that the understanding of the interests sets up on morals and ethics,and as to the development of manpower it pays attention to inspire intelligence.The application of China's traditional thought and various mechanisms and systems of western modern human resources management are not contradictory.The former depends on the latter can implement as carriers,so they are not contradictory but can well cooperate.Because of this,this paper has proposed the way of administration of the human resources of Chinese financial enterprises.The financial enterprises' different hierarchies of management should adopt the Taoism,Confucianism and Mohism which come fromâ… -Ching:Senior administration and supervision authorities use the Taoism,the middle level cadre uses Confucianism and the staff at the basic level to use Mohism.It is the foundation of administration of human resources to cultivate one's morality;the induction is the interdynamic mechanism of different hierarchies of financial enterprise.To well cultivate one's morality can form the good induction, in the same way,all members in financial enterprises can be in a kind of "fit " Environment.China financial enterprise can form good induction with customer, society through one's own businesses,in this way enterprises have better finished their own community responsibility while pursuing the rational interests of their own development.
