With increasingly severe marketing competition, interior analysis for confirming core competence of enterprise based on analysis of macro circumstance and competitive structure of industry is playing a more and more important role. The keys to enterprise development strategy are training and developing core competence which makes enterprise hold advantageous status in future competition, and enterprise must grow according to its resources and capabilities based on its core competence. Therefore, the development strategy based on core competence is of great significance for enhancing the market competitive capability of enterprise. Just because of above-mentioned background and purpose, this text is trying to offer some guiding significance for strategy formulation and strategy implementation through the research on this subject.This thesis begins with review of relevant research of core capability theory and strategic management theory, and points out that the core capability theory based on resource and capability has been the trend of the strategic management theory of the world.On the basis of document review, this thesis, starting with core capability theory, discusses the connotation and characteristics of core capability, analyzes formation mechanism of core capability and establishes the mathematics model for Fuzzy synthesis evaluating the core capability of enterprise. Then enterprise overall development strategy can be discussed under guidance of core capability theory.In succession, this thesis analyzes the corporate-level strategy from the angle of core capability and points out that enterprise should choose a fitting strategic direction according to its resource, capability and core capability in order to avoid blind expansion by analyzing the relationship between core capability and corporate-level strategy and studying corporate-level strategy formulation and corporate-level strategy implementation based on core capabilityThen this thesis puts forward the cost-leadership strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy under the core capability-oriented and points out their advantages when compared with the conventional cost-leadership strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy. The choice and implementation of enterprise competitive strategy should be built on the basis of evaluating core capability and its elements.Finally, the author chooses Guang Dong Monte-Bianco Diamond Applications Co., Ltd as an example to put the above presented theoretic framework into practice by analyzing its core capability and formulating its development.Through the study of these issues, this thesis integrates the core capability and strategy, and draws the basic conclusion and method about development strategy establishment and implement on the base of core capability. This thesis provides the new vision of the strategy on the base of the core capability. The enterprise will then have a clear way of thinking and a tangible analysis method.
