Ultimately I have formed the exterior matrix and internal matrix accurately. Based on the competition environment analysis, I unite the core competence model to further analyse how to establish the core competence of the Aoyang technology Ltd.. Finally unified internal and external environment of the Aoyang technology Ltd. with the core competence construction, I propose SWOT matrix of the Aoyang technology Ltd to choose the competitive strategy and bring forward the opinion that is cooperated with the competitive strategy.
