At present,the extensive use of urban land and the shortage of land resources exist at the same time,and the contradiction of people and land have become increasingly significant in the rapid industrialization and urbanization process of China. The land resource has become a major restricting factor in the economic development. Therefore,it is an urgent problem to solve that how to promote the intensive use of land in order to coordinate the scarcity of resources with the sustainability of socio-economic development.In recent years,urban land intensive use and related study have become hot issues in the land-related scientific fields.Land price can reflect the supply and demand of land and as an important way to regulate the way of land use. Combining land price with urban land intensive use and studying the relationship between them and mastering the law,which can provide a reference to make reasonable land policies and engage in land regulation as well as allocate of urban land resources.Based on the theoretical analysis and literature review for the relation of land price and urban land intensive use,taking main city zone of Chongqing for example, four indexes such as land use intensity indicators,land use structure indicators,land input indicators and land sustainable indicators have been chose according to the representative,comprehensiveness,feasibility,comparability principle and collected data of study area in order to evaluate the land use intensivism and the spatial analysis; Referring the fruit of land price,the paper researches on land price and urban land intensive use,the regional land use and land-intensive relation have been got and the relevant policy have been put forward using the tool of land price.The paper is divided into five parts,part one is the preface,which contains the background and significance of research,research synthesis,research object and content,technology roadmap and research method.Part two introduces the mechanism of urban land intensive use and land price.Part three analyzes the spatial relevancy of urban land intensive use and land price taking main city zone of Chongqing as an example.Part four constructs the mathematical model in order to derive the correlation of urban land intensive use and land price.Part five are conclusion of the study and the relevant policy and recommendations.The research of spatial relevancy between urban land intensive use and land price suggest as follows:The composite index of urban land intensive use is the descending order,which is Yuzhong district>Jiulongpo district>Dadukou district>Jiangbei district>Shapingba district>Nan'an district>Yubei district>Banan district>Beibei district,and some differences between the region.There are close connections with urban land intensive use and the economic strength.The commercial land price has continuity from the spatial distribution.Land price peak concentrate in the group Dadukou,part of Guanyinqiao of Jiangbei district, Nanbin road,Nanping and Jiulongpo district.The majority of Yuzhong district have the scope of high land priees and the core area of main city has relatively high land price.The price of main city zone shows the descending trend of cycle layer,and the spatial variation of land price presents obviously direction trend.Land price comes down from the center to the edge and the suburbs of the city.There is a certain consistence between land prices and urban land intensive use of district,the higher the land price,the higher the urban land use intensivism,and the both have high correlation.Residential price is very high in the Yuzhong district,Jiangbei district,Yubei district and the most part of Nan'an district,and part of Dadukou district and Shapingba district are high,relatively the remaining areas have low prices.The land price of Yuzhong District is at a peak zone,which matches with it's higher urban land use intensivism.Jiangbei and Yubei district,with high development potential,have peak of land price.Land price decreases progressively from center to outward of Yuzhong district and Jiangbei district.Most residential prices are consistence with urban land use intensivism,but individual areas are not match,such as Jiulongpo district,which has relatively residential price compared with urban land use intensivism.In order to promote the effective use of urban land,the following works should be committed to by the government as follows:To improve the land market mechanism and make reasonable land prices so as to coordinate the demand of land;To improve land use intensivism and adapt to local conditions and formulate adjustment coefficient; to strengthen the guidance of planning to land-intensive use and increase land supply regulation;to strengthen the three-dimensional urban land development;through double regulations of land-use intensivism and land price to promote rationally and efficiently use of urban land.
