Study On Country Land-Use Survey Of Haikou City Based On 3S Technology

Land is the foundation that mankind lives and develops.True,accurate land survey data are important basis for national economic construction,social development and the implementation of land resources management work.With the rapid development of society and economy,the basic maps are old and their information is outdated in the former land survey results,it has been difficult to meet the needs of land resources management work in the new situation.At present,in order to investigate the situation of land-use fully,State Department proposed clearly"Start a new round of land survey to ensure the authenticity of land data",and launched the second national land survey across the country.This article,taking Haikou County as an example,based on the second national land investigation project,studies the method of countryside land-use investigation under the support of 3S technique.The main research content includes:(1) Digital orthophotograph map is made with 1: 10,000 aviation image;(2) According to the new land classification standard and the updating survey data in 2004,the image can be interpreted by building the interpretation Symbol,mutative image spots can be founded and updated.;(3) The detailed field investigation is carried for checking the interpretation result and mutative iamge spots are measured;(4) The survey data is modified and processed by office work;(5) The land-use database is established;(6) Area data of each land utilization type of Haikou County is analyzed.The survey result indicates:the quantity of cultivated land drops,the agriculture restrncturing is obvious,adjustive tilth increase;the area of transportation land increases largely,especially for the railroad and highroad;the urban scale expansion is obvious;the area of potential bare land reduces rapidly,so the reserve resources are insufficient.At last in the paper,it makes the summary and discussion on the technique method and result of the land investigation.Land investigation is a complex work,the choice of technique method and the arrangement of technical route immediately influence the advancement and the quality of the work..In this article,it uses the synthesis way which unifies the office work and field operation,the research method is feasible,but still has defect."3S" technicai integration is an important development direction of current spatial information technology and it has broad application prospect in the land management industry.How to further raise the working efficiency and use "3S" technology maturely,will wait for deep research in future.
