Over the past few years flowing rhythm fluctuates of the crude oil price to bring about very big impingement to the industry refining the oil;Because the development of economy of our country and the open marketplace of finished oil,the large-scale synthetically abroad petroleum and chemical company have entered home market which aggravate the competition of refining industry in the homeland industry.For the main oil processing-refining business,adopting what kind of marketing strategies to cope with increasingly fierce market competition and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises is the key to future survival.In this paper,the modern marketing theory is utilized to analyze the macro-environment,competitors and the industry conditions of Lida refining companies.Combined with the actual situation of the company,SWOT is used to determine the new marketing strategies,which include the product strategy,the price strategy,the channel strategy,the promotions strategy and the customer relationship management strategy.And the measures to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies have been proposed.
