This article is about study on theory and practice demonstration of differentiated power-supply service.Based on existing study achievements,the article summarizes the theory frame of differentiated power-supply service systematically.Considering characteristic of power-supply enterprises' marketing service,it confirms principle and basic method of electric power market segmentation,and brings forward implementing principle and main contents of differentiated power-supply service.According to the theory frame of electric power marketing and electric power market segmentation,it analyzes marketing-service practice of Langfang Power Supply Company(referred as LPSC below).Considering characteristic and development potential of electric power target market,it chooses LPSC's key market needs to he cultivated with method of market priority-degree evaluation.By analyzing and studying status quo of LPSC's power-supply service,the article indicates working approaches need to be enhanced or upgraded for improving service capability,and then confirms the strategy of implementing differentiated power-supply service.
