The main work of Langfang Power Supply Company's (referred as LPSC below) "Brightness Project" is to study the marketing management theory, and subdivide the power market so as to implement differentiated marketing management on basis of the characteristic of LPSC's power market.Based on existing study achievements, the thesis summarizes the theory frame of power supply market systematically. Considering characteristic of power-supply enterprises'marketing service, it brings forward implementing principle and main contents of marketing strategy and confirms principle and basic method of electric power market subdivision. According to the theory frame of electricity marketing and electricity market subdivision, the thesis analyzes marketing-service practice of LPSC. Considering characteristic and development potential of electricity target market, it chooses LPSC's key market which needs to be cultivated with method of market priority-degree evaluation. By analyzing and studying LPSC's key market, the LPSC's differentiated marketing strategy is confirmed.
