Essentially speaking,the power industry is a service industry for electrical energy supply.The development of China's power supporting infrastructure is progressing slowly as a result of a long period of economic development limitation,the power supply can not be guaranteed as a basic energy supply for many industries,the huge gap between supply and demand has gradually formed the characteristics of the natural monopoly of the power industry.Since reform and opening-up,with the great achievements in China's industrial construction and the deepening of the market economic environment,the supply and demand of electricity has changed greatly,the industry service mode and the people's consumption concept have completely changed with the continuous development of market economic system,which also made the traditional monopoly model of power supply enterprises a great obstacle to its development.How to provide a more effective marketing strategy of power supply to meet the demand of the public by market orientation has become the focus of the development of the next stage to the enterprise on the basis of the structural reform of the supply side and the deepening of the reform of the power system.As the limitation of the development resources,it is not only conforms to the long-term development demand but also conforms to the goal direction of the enterprise transformation in the new period by making the best use of existing resources to create the maximum profit of the enterprise.This article,which takes the A city power supply enterprise as an example,analyzes how the enterprise should grasp the marketing direction under the market economy environment in the new period.First of all,the article analyzes the current situation of the enterprise and points out its existing problems at the moment.Then the article get the different target customer groups that the power supply enterprise served for by subdividing the target market.At the next move,the article get the customer group of A city by using scientific analysis methods to measure the target market through different dimensions.Finally,different marketing strategies are adopted for these key targets by using the marketing comprehensive theory.Through the research above,some references and suggestions are provided for the development of the marketing work of the power supply enterprises in A city in the new period.
