Research Of Risk Management For Group Investment

At the base of reviewing the research of risk management in investment by the scholars over the world,this thesis analyses the key risks for the three stages as investment strategy forming and carrying out,disposal of the investment and studies control methods.Integrating theory with practice,this thesis studies the case of Ancai Group investment to Anfei and gives some risk-controlling recommendations.Through research, this thesis gets a conclusion that enterprise groups should place emphasis on educating the risk management culture to enhance staff's awareness of risks investment in the group investment control system building and improve the identification of risk issues and strictly enforce the internal control management process.The fruit of this thesis gives some direction for the investment risk management practice.
