Research On Coal-Electricity Enterprise Strategic Alliance And Supply Chain Management

Reviewed prior research results,this paper studied the problem of how the strategic cooperation in supply chain could reduce transaction cost,and how to reduce the negative impact of market uncertainty on enterprises by supply chain cooperation based on transaction cost economy,strategic management theory and value chain theory.Consequently illustrate how to enhance competitiveness of enterprise by supply chain cooperation.Next,the above-mentioned theoretical analysis is used to study the key issues of power industry and coal enterprises to develop strategic cooperation,and the need for electricity coal supply chain management.The conclusions include:the competitiveness of electric power enterprises could be improved by establishing strategic cooperation in the supply chain relationship. Suggestions of promoting the strategic cooperation relationship concerning the reality are given.
