Research On Construction And Application Of Supply Chain Management Maturity Model Of Coal-Electricity Enterprise

With the increasingly fierce market competition in the coal companies, strengthen the supply chain management of the coal companies are becoming increasingly important. Therefore, the author combines the supply chain management theory and the particularity of the coal companies, and analyzes the status and trends of China’s coal companies supply chain management, and thus the introduction of supply chain management maturity concept, respectively, from logistics, information flow, capital flow these three areas to build a coal power enterprise supply chain management maturity level evaluation system.First, this paper describes the supply chain, supply chain management, maturity, supply chain management maturity and supply chain management maturity model, etc., provides a scientific theoretical foundation for the coal companies supply chain management maturity level evaluation. Second, the author combines the supply chain characteristics of China’s coal companies, a detailed analysis of the problems of supply chain management and a variety of influencing factors, and established a coal companies supply chain management maturity evaluation index system, provides the necessary conditions for the coal companies supply chain management maturity model to build.Third, the paper constructs the evaluation index system in this paper contains a large number of qualitative indicators, in the case of the absence of the original sample data to determine the triangular fuzzy numbers to determine the weight, and thus build a supply chain of coal companies supply chain management maturity model based on set-valued statistics.Finally, the author apply the model to a specific instance, and ultimately concluded that the model can be objective and reasonable evaluation of supply chain management maturity level of the coal companies.Evaluation system constructed in this paper, not only for the coal companies supply chain management maturity level of a scientific and feasible to adapt the operation evaluation method, but can also raise the level of the coal companies supply chain management has played a positive role in promoting, and thus contribute to the coal companies to change the concept of supply chain management, and enhance market competitiveness, and ultimately the scientific management have some reference.
