Risk Management On Financial Service Of Supply Chain For Electricity Coal Sales Enterprises

Electricity coal supply chain is one of the important factors affecting the energy economy development, and the coal marketing enterprises as an important node in the supply chain, which could be influenced by the core enterprise, so supply chain financial service support is of great significance. Supply chain finance service in China carried out without a long time, and there is no related research for risk management of financial services in electricity coal supply chain. So it is necessary to carry out in-depth quantitative research about that topic.In this dissertation, we review the overall development of coal industry in recent years, combined with the theory of supply chain management, finance service of supply chain, supply chain risk, the financial service risk of supply chain for the coal sales enterprise could be the research object, while make risk assessment and control research. Firstly, Dissertation summarizes the characteristics of financial supply chain within the coal sales enterprise, provides the service mode of operation from different stages-purchasing, operation and sales.In each stage of the supply chain based on the analysis of the financial service model, all kinds of risks could be identified which involved in the coal sales enterprise. With the mode of "main body+debt", we choose reasonable index to build a risk evaluation system, from the fields of coal sales enterprise, the core enterprise, supply chain operations, trading product features. With data collecting relevant indicators, through the integrated use of Principal Component Analysis and Logistic Model, we construct supply chain risk comprehensive evaluation for the coal sales enterprise.Dissertation finally combines with the traditional supply chain financial risk control methods, to control the risk of possible point. Considering the price fluctuation in the pledge as the characteristics of financial services the supply chain risk, and characteristics of the coal resources as trading products in coal sales enterprise, dissertation introduces a new means of risk control currently-hedging strategy, to strengthen the risk control of supply chain finance, and provides new mode of financial service for electricity coal supply chain based on the hedging strategy, makes analysis of hedging with the use of hedging ratio and VaR.
