The thought of Corporate Social Responsibility originated from the United States, emphasizing the responsibility which the corporation takes for stakeholders(such as employees,customers,suppliers;etc.) other than shareholders.It includes the compliance with commercial & industrial regulations,business ethics,guarantee to the production safety and occupational health,protection of workers' legitimate rights and interests,supporting charities,environmental protection and so forth.After decades of development,the thought of Corporate Social Responsibility gradually affects the world's major economies,and it also gets the concerns from government, intergovernmental organizations and non-government organizations,as well as the corporation itself.In China,harmonious society has become a new concept of social construction, and the one-sided emphasis on economic growth mode of development is gradually superseded by the pattern which takes into account the balanced development of environment and society,and sustainable growth.In this context,the Corporate Social Responsibility is growing to rise and relevant legal system is increasingly improved. The article 5 of the new "Company Law" implemented recently explicitly stipulates that the corporation engaged in business activities must be committed to "social responsibility",namely,enterprises are supposed to assume some responsibility to its employees,suppliers,consumers,residents where the enterprises are located,natural environment & resources,national security and social development.This dissertation is,in such a background,proposed to clearly define the connotation that how much social responsibility enterprises could pay to the whole society,the building of the capability evaluation index system and evaluation model to the Corporate Social Responsibility,and make empirical research on the evaluation model through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.First of all,it expatiates on the purpose and significance of this topic,introduces the current status of the Corporate Social Responsibility at home and abroad,and combs through the development course of such study at home and abroad.To confirm the basic connotation and idea of the topic,to define the basic connotation of Corporate Social Responsibility & its capability on the ground of former research,and to introduce the relevant theory of capability evaluation become the theoretical foundation for this dissertation.Secondly,it regards the research of the building of the capability evaluation index system as one of core content,objectively determines the basic principle of evaluation for the Corporate Social Responsibility capability,detailedly and scientifically obtains related indicators of evaluation system for the Corporate Social Responsibility capability,and identifies the measurement methods for the quantification of evaluation indicators and weight distribution.Thirdly,it introduce the fuzzy theory for assessment to the evaluation model of the Corporate Social Responsibility capability,and makes use of the fuzzy theory to assess the indicator system for the evaluation of the Corporate Social Responsibility capability which this dissertation assumes.Meanwhile,it selects the Zhongbai Group Co.Ltd.as an example of deductive analysis in this series of assessment,and the calculation course is attached to verify the correctness and feasibility of the hypothetical model and evaluation method.Finally,it will make a summary of the full text,evaluates and expect the development direction of the related theory at home & abroad of Corporate Social Responsibility.
