Study On The System Of Logistics Remedies Management Based On Urban Vulnerability

Economic globalization and the rapid development of the network information technology to accelerate the development of human society,but also,As a result of population growth and rapid development of industry,resulting in problems of modern cities,such as a large number of resources consumption,environmental pollution,crowded housing,traffic congestion,urban logistics,as well as social security,and so on.Especially,when natural disasters,public health emergencies and security incidents occur,the performance of the city problem will be even more serious,and highlights the vulnerability of cities to cities in the face of disaster,the lack of quick response and reaction,resulting that the remedial contingency measures can not been taken timely and the threat of serious damage to people's lives and property safety,an increase of economic losses.In the time of natural disasters and emergencies incident,fastly reserves and transport food,medical supplies,and so on, logistics timely remedy to reduce the economic losses.Therefore,well-developed sound of the logistics industry to achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable economic and social development plays an important role.In the world,with a number of major natural disasters or sudden outbreak of public events,the scholars at home and abroad summary experiences and lessons of the emergency measures,it was found that the modern logistics in response to sudden public events played an important role,and think about how to respond to future emergencies caused by public events.How to build a safe,efficient logistics management system,so that even in the event of a sudden case of public events,as well as the vulnerability of the city when the performance significantly,but also for national economic and social life of security,which is a theoretical discussion.In this context,the paper reference and summary through the scholars at home and abroad with the results of research related to academics,in order to better solve practical problems in process of the urban development,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods on a more comprehensive illustration the relevance of urban vulnerability and logistics remedies management system,and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the ability of the logistics remedies, analyse main factors of urban logistics remedial management level for building and improvement of China's urban logistics remedies management system to provide a strong basis. The main significance of the paper is not only studied the management system of logistic remedy in theory.More importantly,facing with the increasing and serious problems of the urban vulnerability from the reality,we put the vulnerability of cities as the starting point,build effective and safe remedy logistic systems to improve the capability and quality of logistic remedies,warn and response emergencies scientific early,rapidly response and transport supplies,medicine and food,as well as the safe triage of people,and solve practical problems such as traffic congestion,further easing the vulnerability of cities to promote the sound development of the urban economy with important theoretical guidance and practical significance.
