With the recent integration of coal resources and coal industry development strategy of the international routes, as well as coal as the main body of the other coal chemical industry, the demand of coal resources is growing. However, due to the special geographical position of the energy distribution with the highly uneven regional development and local economic gap between the demand, resulting in patterns of Chinese coal transportation has been in a long-distance transport of the state. Coal reserves in northwest of Chinese are more abundant, but economic, technical and other issues led to relatively small demand for coal, and other cities along the southeast coast, whether in industrial, civil and other aspects of the demand for coal are relatively large. So the transport of coal are basically in the state of "West to east coal","transfer coal from north to south", which increased the complexity and difficulty of coal transportation. So the coal as the pillar of energy,, has great significance for the risk assessment of coal resources' network system.This paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to solve the problem based on the presence of coal transportation network, in-depth analysis and research of risk and the construction of coal transportation network risk evaluation index system, combined with South Gate Mining Group whose transport network of coal mining group risk'harm from occurring, and the controllability and other possible risk to assess the indicators. In addition, with the occasion of the national coal resource integration, South Gate Mining Group of Shanxi Coal Mining Group as the main groups becomes the path of integration and configuration of small coal mines to set the center become a priority. Floyd algorithm used in this thesis is the best path selection and deployment of the center position of mine configuration.The main contents of this paper: (1) Analyzing the definition and characteristics of coal logistics network summarized the logistics of coal transport network system architecture and the type of layout, and the transportation of coal to the complexity of the system.(2) Assess the impact of coal transport logistics network system of internal and external environment from the network structure of coal logistics, distribution, type, layout, the uncertainties that exist in the analysis, and build the risk indicators based on this coal logistics transportation network.(3) Analysis the weights of the risk assessment to determine the weight from the subjective values of the amendment. Weight has a very important role on the risk evaluation index system for the accuracy.(4) Establishment of risk assessment system will be directly related to the date of South Gate Mining Group, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method used to calculate the data, analysis the enterprises risks and risk assessment, and finally propose a solution of programs and strategies as a business reference.In this paper, the research results about risk of coal transportation network management will be directly applied to in the assessment of risks, and have some reference for the transportation risk management of other coal companies of. Research results including best choice method and the configuration deployment of coal center position can be directly applied to the integration of coal resources program design. |
