| Before 1990s,Made in China had been suffered from anti-dumping measures by developed countries,however,our products has been suffered from anti-dumping measures mostly by developing countries after 1990s.Developing countries and China have built solid economic and political relationship,many developing countries such as India,Agentina,Mexico and Brazil are our key partners of trade and large potential markets.The increasing trade friction between China and developing countries will not only have negative impact on the cooperation both of the trade and politics,but also lead to damage of the domestic industry.The research of the features,damage and reasons of developing countries'anti-dumping measures towards China and the analysis of the solution have theoretical significance and practical significance.Firstly,the paper decribes WTO Anti-dumping Agreement and Anti-dumping Law of some developing countries.Secondly,the paper analyses the situation of anti-dumping at home and abroad on the ground of great amount of data and concludes the damage and reasons of our country suffered from developing countries'anti-dumping measures.Finally,the paper finds out some solutions of the problems describe above.According to the analysis and research,the paper concludes that the main reasons of the developing countries are the the sharp increase of the export,the unreasonable exporting products' structures and the negative response of the exporting companies.And the developing countries'deny of market economy status of China and the flutuations of domestic economy are the other two important reasons.China should not only defend the Anti-dumping case and prevent from the anti-dumping risk,but also should make the structure of the exporting produts more reasonable. |
