With the increasingly drastic turbulence and uncertainty of the competitive environment,the corporate strategy needs to make adjustment with the instability of environments in time.The failure of most enterprises doesn't due to the strategy itself but to the strategy execution,and strategy execution has become the bottle-neck or problem to many companies.Thus systematic study on strategy execution is of high realistic and theoretical meanings.The research object of corporate strategy is the whole process from the input to the output, and the input-output process is exactly the flow.The flows are the most powerful drivers to achieve the objectives of enterprise value.The goal of business process reengineering(BPM) is to promote the achievement of organizational strategies,improve organizational performance, and ultimately build process-oriented enterprises.This thesis analyzes the flow problems during the process of the strategy implementation and then advances that it can promote the strategy execution through BPM.On this basis,this paper established a model of strategy execution based on Process Reengineering.Through the analysis of strategic flow,operational flow and staff flow,the paper advance that it redesigns the three major flows,adjusts the organizational structure and builds process-based performance appraisal system in order to facilitate the achievement of strategic objectives.Finally,to examine the effectiveness of this model,the paper gives an example,applying it to strategy execution of establishing predominant operation and maintenance system for F Branch Company of China Mobile Company.The paper analyzes Network processes and reengineers it.Then it adjusts organizational structure and performance appraisal system to promote the achievement of predominant operation and maintenance system.
