Study On Ecological Synergy Patterns And Synergistic Effect Of Enterprise Cluster In China

Enterprise Cluster is one of the prominent phenomenons for the contemporary economic development in the world.This paper,from an ecological synergy view,takes some innovative study on the ecological synergy patterns and effect of the Enterprise Clusters.In this paper,the author identifies four types of ecological relationship between enterprises,based on what researches the four ecological synergy patterns,then establishes the evaluation system of the ecological synergy effects from four respects, and finally gives seven measures to create ecological synergy effects.These studies,in theory,break through the traditional strategic management thinking,and stress the importance of ecological synergy;in practice,help to reduce business risks and achieve a win-win situation,providing a new train of thought for China's enterprise reform.Enterprise Cluster is a man-made ecological synergy system and different enterprises have different roles in this system.There are different synergy relations and synergy patterns between different roles.There are four patterns:competitive synergy pattern,symbiotic synergy pattern,parasitic synergy pattern and harmonious synergy pattern.Synergy pattern is influenced by the coefficient of mutual influence between different members.Vitality,productivity,evolution and creativity reflect the effect of the synergy.Establishment of the corresponding evaluation index system and use the fuzzy method can effectively measure the synergy effect.Establishing of ecological synergy thinking,nurturing a culture of ecological synergy,creating ecological synergy platform, designing the ecological synergy rules,establishing the ecological synergy knowledge-sharing,establishing the ecological mechanisms of synergy innovation and integrating ecological synergy may improve the effect of ecological synergy.
