Inflation is a widespread,complex and integrated macroeconomic phenomenon on a world wide scale.After the Second World War,Whether it is the capitalist country of "market economy" or the socialist country of "planned economy" were intervened by the inflation.For the harm of inflation,Keynes has pointed out that nothing is so easy as to destroy a country's currency to destroy the foundation of a society.This process involves all the hidden forces of economic law in destroying the destruction of the economic process,and the vast majority is undergoing in a way that can not be diagnosed.In other words,inflation is usually caused by the spread of the currency,and the emerge of inflation or the deterioration will not only lead to serious distortions of market prices,but also lead to a serious devaluation of currency,and thus undermine the whole operation of the market rules,it is observed that the impact of inflation is vital.Since reform and opening up,China's socio-economic development entered a new stage. China has achieved spectacular results in economy.Unfortunately,China's national economy development and stability of people's livelihood has been subjected to the inflation problems in the reform and opening up process.Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced two major inflations:first,in the late 80's of the 20th,or more precisely from the latter half of the year 1984,ending 1989;the second time,in the early 90's of the 20th century, which is beginning in 1993 and hit the peak of inflation in June of 1993,ending 1996. Although the causes,the backgrounds and the time span of the two inflations are different, the result of inflations brought about a serious trauma to China's economy,and affected the social stability.It is really shocking that China appeared two serious inflation in a short span of three decades.Therefore,the two inflations at the end of the 20th century in our country were analyzed and compared deeply in this paper.It provided a theoretical basis for future implementation of China's continued stability of the currency for sustained economic,rapid and healthy development by summary the experiences and lessons.The introduction is the first part of this paper,which discussed the presentation and the significance of questions,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas,the framework and the method of research.Then is text,which is divided into three parts.The first part is a summary of the two inflations at the end of the 20th century China. First,it summarized the theory of inflation.And in this section,the concept,type,standard of inflation are defined and the essay describes and analyzes basic profiles of two serious representative inflations that china has experienced during 30 years after reform and opening up.The second part is the comparative analysis of the two inflations at the end of the 20th century China.In this section,the second article analysis of their dispersion and convergence from three perspectives a comprehensive comparative analysis of the underlying causes of inflation in China was made through the vertical and horizontal comparison method from three perspectives(phenomenon,reasons and measures of that three inflation),and concludes relevant conclusions.The third part is the inspiration to Chinese economic that comes form the two inflations at the end of the 20th century.It is significant in putting forward relevant recommendations on economic policies,exploring a suitable Chinese economic policy rules to reduce the impact on economic development,guarding against,defusing financial risks and promoting healthy and stable development of economy.
