Since 1970s,the international capital has been experiencing a shift in its flow direction:that is it has been increasingly internationalized,making it one of the most important component of the international capital flow.Recent years has witnessed PE's ever-increasing investment in Chinese enterprises,which has aroused wide-spread attention from various circles.Nevertheless,the PE has not been completely legalized in our country,due to some internal problems,which deserve more attention for PE's size and influence.Thesis intends to make a brief introduction of PE's connotation and its characteristics and explore into its economic basis through analysis of the relevant economic theories.In view of the economic and financial globalization,it is advisable to analyze the present conditions of PE in our country against the background of the development domestic economic and financial market,the fundamental bottleneck issues in particular.Through analysis of HUI YUAN GUO ZHI(1886.HK) IPO in Hong Kong,this thesis studies the investment strategies of HUA PING CAPITAL and calculates the returns.In the end,this thesis offers suggestions on how to get rid of the internal and external unfavorable elements and comes up with solutions to these problems.
