The Matching Relationship Study On Supplementary Pension's Asset And Liability

Supplementary pension as the second pillar of endowment insurance, has the function of wide influence and high sociality. Its development will effect the social stability and economy's development directly. Supplementary pension's implementation contributes to defend the incomes' uncertain after employees retirement, and cope aging issue. Meanwhile, it also contributes to reduce employees' fear of trouble in the rear and steady employee team.In this thesis, asset and liability management will use to research the risks when supplementary pension in investing. We will find out many problems through analysis the matching relationship on supplementary pension's asset and liability, such as supplementary pension's effectual demand is not enough, facing various risks and low yield. So this article draws a conclusion that supplementary pension's asset and liability is not matching of our country. Supplementary pension cannot play a role as the second pillar of endowment insurance.This article draws a conclusion we can take examples from the experiences and ways of developed countries, establish perfect organization structure of supplementary pension asset and liability management, develop permanent investment varieties (such as corporate bond, asset securitization goods), use financial derivatives properly, increase the management of supplementary pension, especially increase the solvency management of supplementary pension. If we do these things, the matching of supplementary pension's asset and liability will achieve, and supplementary pension will play a real role as the second pillar of endowment insurance.
