Research On Qingdao Water Sport Tourism Resources Exploration Under The Background Of 2008 Sailing Regatta

Sport tourism is the development result of human material and spiritual culture,and it is also a social cultural activity and economic industry which growing rapidly.With the development of our economy, sport tourism involves in our daily lives as a healthy living style gradually,and sport tourism resources are explored as an important economic increasing point and paid great attention to by various aspects in many cities.As the host city of 2008 Sailing Regatta,sailing becomes an outstanding symbol of Qingdao and the city is building the top-ranking "Sailing City" in Asia.This provides a great opportunity for the exploration of water sport tourism resources.This paper analyzes the water sport tourism resources by the method of SWOT and the results show:1,Water sport tourism exploration can bring great economic,social, cultural and environmental value,so it is necessary to explore it.2,Sailing Regatta is an opportunity to promote the exploration of water sport tourism resources in many aspects,such as people ' s participation of water sport,fundamental construction,cultivation of water sport stuff,city brand etc.3,There exits certain strengths,such as natural resource,human and cultural resources,and weaknesses,such as sailing itself,season and management etc.in Qingdao water sport tourism resources,therefore during the exploration,we should emphasize the strengths and avoid the influences of weaknesses so as to obtain the greatest benefits from the exploration.4,Qingdao water sport tourism resources exploration faces an opportunity,simultaneously it faces the potential threats from the inside and outside of the industry.We should grasp the opportunity to explore Qingdao water and other sport tourism so as to make it become the new increasing point of Qingdao' s economy;at the same time through the core brand of "Sailing City",we establish the core competition force to face the severe sport tourism industry.5,We should'construct the model of Qingdao water sport tourism resources exploration,simultaneousely it should strengthen the consciousness of brand,change of the conception of tourism;conformity of sport and tourism resources,promotion of the appeal of Qingdao; human-oriented toruism and reasonable resources order;cultivation of hr of sport tourism and promotion of the quality of sport tourism industry.
