| Rural tourism has become one of the new-emerging industries nowadays, which are developing fastest and have most developing potential. Wang Jiazhai folk custom village which is located in the center of Bai Yangdian is one of the thirty-nine above water village. The tourism has certain scale of the village. But its management has some problems. Consequently, it is necessary to revision investigating and planning for the village .(1) We surveyed the village with GPS315 instruments, drew the plane graph, calculated the area and concluded that the results were approached along with the increasing numbers of GPS instruments by analyzing the data. We also concluded that three GPS instruments could satisfy the requirement. The aim of this research is to provide the beneficial reference for the GPS's widely used in investigating of rural tourism.(2) The paper found the resource evaluation index system according to the practical tourism situation of the Wang Jiazhai folk custom village. It is clsssified three categories, twelve second categories and fourteen indexes. Using the method of analytic hierarchy process, weights are gained according to the opinions of specialists, managers and tourists. Meanwhile its grade is divided and the value is gived. Then the natural tourism resources, human and cultural tourism resources, tourism development conditions,the present conditions of tourism management are evaluated single–factored. After that, synthetic evaluation is made and finally some conclusions are made, for example, the resources here are evaluated as the second rank ones. The results show that Wang Jiazhai village has rich tourist resources. But the natural resources were disturbed by persons'activity. In this region, the regional condition is good. It has advantage to develop the tourism. It adapts to exploit the resources for eco-tourism. The management situation wasn't prosperity because of restriction of social benefit, tourists satisfactory rate and other factors. In a word, the tourism resources development, hardware facilities construction and tourism management model had some problems. It must take advantage of its convenient location, rationally use the natural tourism resources, add the hardware installations and perfect the present conditions of tourism management to have a further development.(3) The paper further planned the landscape of the village, and drew the actuality and the planning planes with AutoCAD2006. The planned landscape included pond area and square area of the first area, fishpond and square of the second area, scenic forest, road, toilet and biogas digester. The additions include attic, white marble bridge, gallery, lotus flower sculpture, six angle pavilion, playground, small park and art exhibition center. It adds types of trees to four seasons have views. The three roads are respectively add in the first region pond, the second fishpond and its side. The toilets are add and methane-generating pits are builded.(4) Using landscape indices in the aspect of patches level and landscape level as quantity indices, it evaluated planned effect. The result showed that the number of patches and patch density were increased, the fragmentation indices of patch shape changed greatly, and the diversity index, the dominance index and the richness index all improved. It concluded that the concentration degree of landscape type was strengthened, the landscape was more colorful, and the tourism facilities were more perfect. This evaluation method has certain feasibility and reference value in the screening of planned scheme. |
