A Study On Risk Management Of Technical Transformation Project Of Fenghuang Paper Industry's Pulpmaking Production Line

With China joins WTO,papermaking industry is now undergoing huge challenges. Therefor,we put forward a series of reforms and adjustments of development with an aim to develop Chinese papermaking industry on the baking of science &technological progress.Technical transformation project is a complicated systems engineering with the characters of taking a long time,investing a lot,affecting broad and facing changeable problems.So traditional management method cannot suit current situations and relevant principles of modern project management have to be adopted.This paper targeted for Fenghuang Paper Industry's pulpmaking production line technological transformation projects.Aim at a resolve of the design,the unit sub-system of the project system within item of the technique reformation programming. Systematically carries on a thorough research towards making contents,such as the project management within reformation of the pulpmaking production line technique, risk management and key technique in studying modern project to manage basic principle and the foundation of theories.The main results are as follows:1.based on the content of management modernization,the important significance of the reform of Fenghuang Paper Industry's Pulpmaking Production Line using modern management theory is analysed,and the main work is defined.2.Put forward the structure of the project work methods based on WBS model in the Pulpmaking Production Line technological reformation projects,and decompose the project step by step.Aim at the concrete technique reformation,the schedule of reformation is planned,and the schemes are set down.3.be dead against the Pulpmaking Production Line risk management of technique reformation,the risk identification,risk analysis assessment,risk response and risk control,etc,had been studied in-depth,using for reference relevant data and using heads storm method and expert-investigating method etc,the risk factors of Pulpmaking Production Line technological reformation projects had been identified and risk list had been drawn up.In the end the risk of Pulpmaking Production Line reformation had been assessed.4.These research results had been implementated and applied concretely during Fenghuang Paper Industry's pulpmaking production line technological transformation, and the staggered fruits had been achieved.Practice has proved that the project proposed in this paper is a set of faithful modern management in line with the characteristics of the papermaking industry.These research results provide a scientific basis and effective guidance on similar projects with a certain value of the reference to the papers on the intended purpose.
