Research On Risk Management For Product Line Construction Of Digital Film Cinema Reflectors

As a novel technology,digital image is nowadays playing a more and more important role not only in the fields of education, science, military, medical, publishing, arts, and business, but also into every other aspects of social life, especially in the field of file production. Along with the fast growing of film making industry and the rapid progress on movie making technologies, among which,digital image, as a key technology, had already showed its function as a leadership technique, and had brought tremendous economic benefits as well. Reflector is a very important part in domestic digital image making devices. The demand of it is also growing exponentially since recently years. Today, China’s digital image reflector technology is not yet mature enough, so the market of digital image reflectors is mostly taken by foreign companies. Therefore, there is a huge opportunity in front of us. In order to fill in this blank of China’s digital image reflector producing field, and break though foreign companies’ monopoly, it is of top priority to increase the researching and development on it. Only in this way can we enjoy the economic benefits of digital image reflectors.On the other hand, as we all know, this project is still at the beginning stage domestically, so we have no successful experience that could be followed. There will be a huge risk on its technical development, production line construction and brands promotion. Therefore, it’s highly necessary to bring project risk management into this project. This article not only analyzed the digital image reflector technology home and abroad, its products status, and our company’s developer teams, but also investigated and assessed the market condition on digital image reflector fields. In combine with the feasibility analysis on the key designing and manufacturing technology, it goes through with studying project risk management theory, especially in the aspects of risk planning, risk recognizing, risk assessment, evaluation and monitoring, to build up the risk control model and database. It will fulfill the construction of production line to fully complete the whole project, which could finally fill in the blank in our country, realize the new economic growth point of company’s primary business. On the basis of project risk management theory, the construction of our production line was controled under the risk management. A good effection was obtained. The production line was constructed reasonably. We hope such risk management could play a reference for similar project construction in China.
