The Study Of Rejecting Language In Secretarial Work

The language of secretary plays a very important role in the secretary's work that can not be short of, and many scholars show interest in it. The predecessors' research of secretary language mainly focuses on its professional characteristic, its rhetorical means and its rule. As to the language research in the field of rejecting language-the branch of the secretary's work, there is no such research involved in this topic. This article explore the language of rejecting language preliminarily, hoping it can deepen the understanding of secretary language, broaden the research scope of the secretary language, guide the working practice of the secretary rejecting job effectively, achieve the goal of rejection and give secretary teaching the enlightenment and help.On the basis of the predecessors' research of the secretary language and the subject knowledge of grammatics and pragmatics, the author plot the article systematically using dynamic language communication as its main clue. In the frame of linguistics, this article try to explore the definition, lexical characteristic, characteristic of sentence, context and rhetoric of rejecting language and the application of it's vocabulary, sentence, context and rhetoric, trying to apply the cooperative principles-the most representative rules of pragmatics to this analysis in order to strengthen its explanation, making people understand the rejecting language more fully. And we hope that this article can guide our practice. From the paragraphic arrangement, this article is composed of three parts: introduction, body and conclusion, and the body can be divided into five parts.Introduction: The abstract state the reason of the topic selection and its significance. And introduce the prophase results of the secretary language study, the serious inadequacy of the rejection material and explain the scope, approach and corpus of this research.The first part: This part explores the definition and form of the rejecting language.The second part: This part analyzes the rejecting language from the aspect of vocabulary, and explores the characteristic and function of fuzzy language and euphemism carefully in the rejecting work.The third part: This part analyzes and discusses the application and function of all kinds of sentence tone in rejecting language and at the same time it concludes the sentences with a high frequency of use and the cause.The fourth part: From the pragmatic point of view of the rejecting language, this part discusses the relationship between rejecting language and context, and the figures of speech in rejecting language.The fifth part: This part discusses the cooperative principles with examples, analyzes the rejecting language according to the abidance and violation of the cooperative principles and highlights the occurrence of implication.Conclusion: This article illustrates the theoretical and practical values of rejecting language study.
