The second part described the present industrial situation of Wangcheng County, and proofed the correlation between the industrialization and the urbanized using fixed amount and qualitative analysis method together, then analyzed the industrial development focus of wangcheng' s new industrialization on the basis of analysis to Wangcheng county. The third part proposed the optimization plan of Wangcheng County' s new industrialization space layout, based on the industry layout foundation of Wangcheng county, According to the ideas of new industrialization space layout of Changsha city, the municipal party committee and the Wangcheng County mentality. High star plate develops the departments such as food medicine, printing packing and non-ferrous metal intensive processing. Public plate develops intensive processing of the agricultural and subsidiary products vigorously, and forms a new industrial development pattern which contains farming, industry and business, jointing the food industry of High star plate. Hedong plate develops electric power, building materials, machinery, ceramics and chemical industry, and Dingzi mainly develops new building materials, Tongguan mainly develops ceramics and chemical, Qiaoyi mainly develops machinery and fine chemical. The Last part of the paper proposed the suggestions to accelerating the industrialization.
