Research On Industry Layout In County Economic Development Of Lujiang

The county regards as the most basic region in economic society, its industrial layout directly reflects the development level of county, and indirectly affect the other regional level (city, province, country) of the industrial layout. The county industrial layout not only relation to the long-term and sustainable development of county economy, but also is an important factor for the county to develop economic development strategies.With the new zoning adjustment in Anhui Province, Lujiang County formally incorporated into the provincial capital Hefei in August22,2011. It is very favorable for the development of Lujiang county economy. This article takes the Lujiang County as the research area, summing up the regional industrial layout theory. Based on the analysising of Lujiang county development background、economic development level、the current industrial situation and using the regional economic and industrial layout theory, the author determines the dominant industry of Lujiang, and then divide the development of industry space in Lujiang and fixed each town industrial function position, put forward Lujiang county industrial layout optimization scheme and policy suggestions at last.This paper argues that Lujiang should choose the ecological farming、agricultural and sideline products processing、mining、chemical、electrical、auto parts industry and cultural tourism as the main industry. The Lujiang urban space system layout should be planned for "two nuclear、two-axis、multi-polar "mode, which is conducive to industrial development and layout optimization. On the optimization of the first industrial layout, Lujiang should focused on creating distinctive northern polder area、 the central hilly region、eastern and western mountains and south polder area; In the second industrial layout optimization, Lujiang should make efforts to build the heavy chemical industry base、auto parts base and the magnetic base; In the layout of the tertiary industry, Lujiang should focus on the layout of the tourism industry and make efforts to build " hot springs resort"、" cultural tourism zone"、" religious cultural tourism zone"、" agricultural tourism zone" and " Binhu tourism zone" five tourism area. In addition, Lujiang must add the supply of public goods、encourage high-tech development of new industries and develope the circular economy policies to promote the implementation of the industrial layout optimization.After studying the economy of Lujiang county region industry development and specific analysis of the individual county in the development of county economy industry layout problem, the paper put forward the corresponding policy suggestions about the optimization of industrial layout of Lujiang. Lujiang should seize the opportunities about the Zoning Adjustment、the building of Hefei Economic Circle and Wanjiang City belt to undertake the transfer of Industries Demonstration Zone construction, by passing industrial structural adjustment and optimization of industrial layout and other measures to put Lujiang economy to a higher level.
