Study On Adjustment Of Industrial Structure In The Context Of "Resourse-Economical & Environment-Friendly Society" In The Three Counties In The South Of Zhuzhou

The rising abruptly in area of central China, the economic cooperration for pan pearl river delta and the building of Resourse-Economical & Environment-Friendly society in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city cluster, which are opportunities for development that may not come again for many year and new challenges for the three counties in the south of the Zhuzhou. Economic progress is closely bound up with industrial structure, industrial structure is the base of economic development and an essential drivers of economic growth. Rational industrial structure will contribute to sustained development of economy, if not, will hold back economic development. Then, accelerating the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure is the precondition for economic growth and a long-tem task for the three counties in the south of Zhuzhou, and that is just the problem studied in this paper.International and domestic experts and specialists have done a good deal of study on industrial structure, I borrowed form the fruit of those good works, apply systematic analysis, statistical analysis, comparative analysis and qualitative combined with quantitative analysis, followed the way of "raising-analysing-solving problems", written in seven parts as follow:The first part of this thesis is introduction, it mainly introduced the background, meaning, the matter of study, the method of study and main point of innovation of selected subject; The second part is a brief discription of industrial theory and primary theory on industrial structure from interal and overseas study; The third part initial analysis of the environment for industrial development, states the advantages and insufficiencies, analyses the necessity of adjustment of industrial structure in the three counties in the south of Zhuzhou; The fourth part analyzes and evaluates industrial actuality of it from the three industries structure, change of industrial structure, the contribution of industrial structure to economic growth, industry with local characteristica, and find out the existing problems; The fifth part advance the principle, the aim and the countermeasure by stages based on the forecast of the change of the industrial structure; The sixth part innovate mechanism from three aspects, establish insurance system for adjustment of industrial structure; Finally gives the conclusions and future directiona of research.
