Functions Of NGO In The Construction Of Two-oriented Society And Environment-friendly In Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan Research

For a long time, China's one-sided pursuit of high economic growth to the neglect of the ecological environment protection and use of resources, resulting in a series of social problems, such as resource depletion, environmental pollution, environmental degradation and so on. Which has seriously hampered the further development of economic and society. In recent years, although some greater progress in the mode of economic growth occured, on the whole, the formation of long-term structural contradictions and extensive mode of growth has not fundamentally changed,the high consumption and waste of resources, heavy pollution still remains a serious problem that needed to change . The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan experimental zone is raised from the reality of economic development and the transformation of the way, to promote economic and social development as well as in favor of energy-saving and eco-environmental protection, to realise the harmony development of humanbeing, society and the nature.Surrounding this essential topic,this thesis analyzes the cause and effect of this problem. Part one and part two expound some theories in relation to theNGOs, including conception,features,types,theory basis and introduces research means, technology and creative points of this thesis.Based on the diseuss for the development of Liaoning eeonomie soeiety and Liaoning NGOs; Chapter III using research data and facts, pointing out the situation of NGOs in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan experimental zone, the existence of deficits, and depth analysis of the causes of deficits; Chapter IV proposes to draw on the active functions of NGOs in in the process of the construction and development of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan experimental zone,focusing on the fields of providing public services, safeguarding stability, protecting the environment and so on; Chapter V of this study are the focus and purpose to the active functions of NGOs in the constructions of the "two-oriented society " in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan experimental zone.The four major functions are: to promote government reform and cooperation; to integrate the cultural structure of society to enhance NGOs influence and the integration of functions; to participate in political communication, regulate social contradictory regulatory function.
