| The competition of China's banking industry is becoming fiercer with the overall market opening up. Due to their own vulnerable spot in various aspects, the small and medium sized commercial banks are facing more difficulties and problems in the process of development. Aiming at enhancing the business performance and competitiveness, the commercial banks should devote their selves to financial innovation, strategic management, marketing strategies and cost controls. At present, the commercial banks pay more and more attention to the construction of cyber-banking service. They tend to take the advantage of the low unit cost, high degree of self-service and other features to promote the business development.In the mean time, the IT outsourcing services which are widely accepted by the foreign banks are gradually being adopted by the local banks to meet the requirement of comprehensive competition. IT outsourcing serviced can help the banks reduce their indirect cost, reduce capital expanse, reduce operational cost and improve working efficiency.This dissertation investigates the geographical restrictions which hamper the development of the small and medium sized commercial banks and introduce the popular cyber-banking service. The paper outlets the function, feature and advantages of cyber banking services, and then brings forward the proper operational mode and competition strategies for cyber banking development of the small and medium sized commercial banks. In addition, the huge amount of investment to self-build the cyber-banking service and the advantage of adopting outsourcing services are compared through detail data analysis.In the view of above, the dissertation created a new business operating mode to construct a company which provides the cyber banking service platform. Then business strategies, system design, company management, cost and income analysis, marketing strategies and risk management are addressed to verify the feasibility. |
