Faced with the dual challenges of the domestic economic downturn and the rise of fintech,China's banking industry urgently needs to pursue information technology,adjust its business model and improve its business innovation ability in order to adapt to the market-oriented reform.IT service outsourcing manufacturers in the field of banking are also faced with opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,banking institutions represented by urban commercial Banks and rural commercial Banks have greatly increased their demand for informatization,which provides huge market opportunities for the IT service outsourcing industry of banking.On the other hand,the banking market has more urgent requirements for new technology,which brings great challenges to the banking IT service outsourcing industry.Based on the development status of IT services in China's banking industry,this paper introduces the subject to be studied,that is,the outsourcing marketing strategy of IT services in Agree with technology company,and systematically elaborates the relevant theoretical basis of marketing to be used in this paper.In the following chapters,first of all to carry on the summary of Agree with technology company,and from product,price,channel,promotion four aspects of Agree with technology company marketing present situation,find out it's existing problem and reason,and then use the PEST analysis and porter five models of Agree with technology company macro environment,micro environment analysis,finally using the SWOT analysis tool IT service outsourcing business to Agree with technology company in the summary on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges.Combining the software and IT services outsourcing business marketing strategy books of literature,analysis of the development of Agree with technology company and the related problems,through the STP strategy,analysis of market segmentation,targeting Agree with technology company market and market positioning,product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy of Agree with technology company's marketing strategy.Finally,the smooth implementation of marketing strategy is ensured from four aspects: marketing organization guarantee,system guarantee,personnel guarantee,R&D input and technical guarantee.This paper adopts the methods of empirical analysis,literature research and qualitative analysis to conduct detailed and in-depth analysis and research on the existing products,business methods,technical strength and marketing data of Agree with Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.The research results of IT services and marketing theories at home and abroad are fully used for reference,and a large number of industrial information systems are classified,refined and summarized.While analysing and judging the nature,characteristics and corresponding changing rules of IT service outsourcing market in banking industry,a set of marketing strategies has been tailored for the Agree with Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.In STP strategy research,this paper chooses to focus on serving market segments.In terms of product strategy,product portfolio optimization,product life cycle optimization and new product development strategy were carried out.On the price strategy,according to different customers,different regions,different products,different time to adopt different price strategy;In terms of channel strategy,it is adjusted to increase resources investment in direct selling,expand quality indirect channels and expand network channels.In terms of promotion strategy,four different ways including technical promotion,advertising,relationship marketing and service promotion are adopted to strengthen the company's promotion efforts.This paper makes use of the relevant marketing theories learned in MBA course,for global analysis on actual operation situation,Agree with Science and Technology marketing strategy,sums up its feasibility marketing strategy,will help the Agree company to break through the bottleneck,improve market competitiveness and achieve.it's business objectives,and to provide enterprises with similar problems business development.
