Since every day is witnessing constant enhancement of China's status in the world economy, it has become an inevitable trend for Chinese enterprises to pursue internationalization. In reality, Chinese enterprises have, on the basis of ensuring and consolidating their share in domestic market of China, made continual efforts in seeking the development road of internationalization.This essay focus on the internationalization issues research of FiberHome Technologies Group (hereinafter referred to as FiberHome), and elaborate on diversified problems including the reason why FiberHome chooses internationalization road, several development stages of internationalization, the method of founding overseas representative offices, some suggestions on human resources management during the course of internationalization as well as some thoughts on the internationalization process and the contrasts before and after practicing internationalization strategy.The positive significance of discussing the internationalization issue of FiberHome can be reflected mainly by the following aspects: first of all, FiberHome is one of the 86 national enterprises directly affiliated to State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The research on the internationalization of FiberHome may give some hint to internationalization practice of similar transformation enterprises and serve as reference for other enterprises who are ready to practice internationalization strategy; Secondly, in the field of communications, although having to face the fierce competition with large-scale communication enterprises such as Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huawei) and ZTE Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ZTE) both at home and abroad, FiberHome has all along persevered in the development road of internationalization, and gradually improved its strength during the course of internationalization, which seems inevitable and rational; Thirdly, FiberHome, as an enterprise, has its own products and markets, and may meet some unique and typical problems during the course of internationalization. Thus, the research and discuss on the internationalization of FiberHome may be helpful to find problems and shortages, so as to further develop the enterprise to be stronger and bigger. This essay adopts investigation method, systems research method, comparison analysis method, documentation method and SWOT analysis method, combine theory with practice and adopt characters, graphs and analysis model tools, make use of the knowledge on Management Science to discuss the problems such as different stages of internationalization development process, founding of overseas representative offices and human resources management that FiberHome may face with, and at the same time combine the contrasts of the author and other colleagues collected by questionnaire before and after practicing internationalization, so as to make a preliminary summary to diversified problems and experiences found in the course of internationalization for FiberHome.
