The Research Of Jilin Pharmaceutical Enterprise's Core Competence

There are many pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in our country and they gradually enter a stationary phase after a period of rapid development,the healthy development of pharmaceutical industry is the important factor to stimulate economic growth of our country.The pharmaceutical enterprise is flourishing in Jilin province and it has become the pillar enterprise that promotes local economic development.The outline of the 13 th Five-year plan puts forwards the guidance of upgrading healthy medicine product in manufacturing industry,thus it is the common concern of enterprises and government that how to improve the core competitiveness of pharmaceutical companies in Jilin province and to achieve their transformation and upgrading.Although there are competitive advantages of pharmaceutical enterprise in Jilin province,some limitations remain to be resolved,improving companies' core competence is the important way to realize their sustainable development and hence it will be of great importance in researching the core competitiveness of pharmaceutical industry in Jilin province.Firstly,chapter one elaborates the background and significance of the thesis and presents the research methods and research contents,in the meantime,it generalizes the essence of enterprises' core competitiveness based on the domestic and overseas existing research results.Secondly,chapter two expounds the meaning of companies' core competitiveness,the theoretical framework and its significance.Thirdly,chapter three discuss the core competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprise in Jilin province and analyzes its development of local companies as well as evaluates the core competitiveness according to its theoretical framework.Next,chapter four compares the core competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises at home and abroad.Then,chapter five offers proposals for pharmaceutical industries in Jilin province on the basis of former researches and states from both companies and government.Finally,chapter six make a conclusion of this thesis.
