Efficiency Evaluation Of Railway Transport Enterprise Based On Combinatorial Evaluation Method

In recent years,China's railway transportation has become a bottleneck in the development of the national economy.Not only it unable to meet the needs of national economic development more and more,but also other modes of transport has become increasingly competitive.Faced with this situation,railway transport enterprises must improve efficiency continuously in order to maintain the leading position in the transport industry.For the reasons above,we should study the condition of different railway transport enterprises,tell the direction of how to improve efficiency after lots of comparative analysis.By using combinatorial evaluation method to compare and analyze the efficiency of 18 railway transport enterprises,first of all,the paper builds a comprehensive index system,and then uses DEA,AINM,TOPSIS and ECM to evaluate the efficiency of enterprises.Combining the results of four methods,it gets the most effective enterprise and finds out a development model from the effective one for enterprises to improve efficiency at last.The results show that Taiyuan railway bureau's efficiency is much better than others, which owe to its outstanding performance in the indexes like productivity and transport income.By analyzing the management model of three efficient railway bureaus we gets a series of advices about the way railway transport enterprises use to improve efficiency. At the same time,we hope the research can also provide some help for the future development of railway transport industry.
