With the development of railway transport, security and efficient high-speed railway construction has become the inevitable trend of development of rail transport. Looking at the status development of domestic and foreign high-speed railway, it is important to study the role of high-speed railway in railway transport corridors, and also it becoming more and more important to establish a set of evaluation system about the role of high-speed railway in railway transport corridors. View of high-speed railway construction will be in full swing in the future, so this paper chooses the evaluation system of the role of high-speed railway in railway transport corridors system to study. According to the theory of railway transport corridors, the role of high-speed railway to railway transport corridors divided into two part:The role of high-speed railway in internal structure of railway transport corridors system and the role of high-speed railway in the external economic zone of railway transport corridors. And because of the different roles in internal and external of railway transport corridors, this paper choose DEA method and fuzzy integrated method respectively to establish the evaluation systems.Firstly, paper defines the related concepts, such as transport corridors, railway transport corridors, railway transport corridor system, and studies at relational theories at home and abroad, such as the development of urban agglomeration theory, the development of relations theory between traffic conditions and corridors economy zone and so on. Among them, the evaluation system of theories includes the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and data envelopment analysis.Secondly, Paper analysis the role of high-speed railway construction in railway transport corridor system, respectively, from role of high-speed railway in the internal railway transport corridors and role of high-speed railway in the external economic zone. The role of high-speed railway in internal railway transport corridors performs at allocation of internal resources. And the role of high-speed railway in the external environment performs at role of high-speed railway in economic zone of railway transport corridors. Allocation of the corridors internal resources mainly performs at in the proportion of the input-output relations, it is better to use DEA evaluation methods; While the role of high-speed railway in the external economic performs at various aspects of the economic zone, and the effect is relatively vague concept, so it is wise to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation studying the role of high-speed railway in the economic zone outside of railway transport corridor. Finally, Take role of construction of the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway in the Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway transport corridor as an example. This can verify the rationality of the index system and also can evaluate the role of Wu-Guangzhou high-speed railway in the Wuhan-Guangzhou railway corridor.Finally, paper takes the Wuhan-Guangzhou railway transport corridor as an example. The role of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway in internal resource allocation of Wuhan-Guangzhou railway transport corridor uses the comparison, before and after the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway investment operations each in2008and2011, and in two cases role of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway in resource allocation of Wuhan-Guangzhou railway transport corridors system. This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the role of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway in economic zone of Wuhan-Guangzhou railway transport corridor. Using of the establishment of the evaluation index system established in part four. Information about role of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway in economic zone of Wuhan-Guangzhou railway transport corridor collected using questionnaire form and quantification of this information. Final can get results through calculation and analysis of high-speed railway on the economy of railway transport corridors.
