Research On Metadata Specification Of Service Data Resources In The Context Of Data Transaction

Service data resource is the main trading object of the data transaction market because of its huge amount of data,rich content and high research value.However,due to the complexity of data products,it is difficult to accurately define,the service forms are diverse,the relevant regulations are lagging,the transaction process is difficult to monitor reliably,and the infringement is difficult to track.This causes the service data resource to have less transaction volume and low transaction efficiency in the data transaction market.High-quality,standardized data descriptions(metadata)can help data suppliers to standardize the description of service data products.It can also help data purchasers understand and use the data.At the same time,it also supports data transaction platform management and delivery of data commodities.During the paper creation,I participated in the major special research work of the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2017.The research is a sub-topic of "Science and Technology Achievements and Data Resource Property Rights Transaction Technology",namely,Project 3 "Research on Key Support Technology of Service Data Resource Property Rights Transaction Service".The project established a service data commodity transaction market system and trading model based on the Fabric Alliance chain.By investigating the current status of service data products in mainstream data transaction platforms at home and abroad.Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each transaction market type.This paper refers to the standard DCAT officially recommended by W3C and Dublin core metadata,and designs the service data resource metadata specification system and catalog vocabulary.The specification system is divided into three parts:account metadata,product metadata and transaction process metadata.The catalog vocabulary specifically includes 19 types of data information and 123 elements,among which there are 101 core metadata elements.The UML diagrams and the catalog vocabulary are used to describe service data resource metadata.And,the service data resource metadata interaction model is designed by referring to the RDF/XML framework.Service data resource metadata using RDF/XML syntax specification will support registration and authentication of data products,as well as management of transaction processes.It also helps data purchasers understand and use the purchased data,and regulators regulate the data market.The results show that the service data resource metadata specification designed based on the internationally accepted metadata standard and RDF/XML framework basically meet the six requirements of service data resources in the context of data transaction,including:"description,retrieval,selection,management,interaction,pricing".The specification improves the efficiency and effectiveness of data commodities in the transaction process.
