Research Of Perfecting Normal Wage Increasing Mechanism

Since the opening of china, the economy of our country has a big development, and china is about to go to a new step. The GDP of china reached fourth grade in 2006. The change of salary level will affect the economic development. In order to build a peaceful and healthy society, more and more people begin to pay attention to the topic. How to build a wage level increase is becoming the hot topic of government and researcher.The methods of combining qualitative and quantitative are used in this paper. Based on the recalling of wage decision theory and practice in western countries, and then analysis the reformation of china's wage policy process, referring to result of others' research on staff wage increase, we summed up the standard wage decision factors. Through the analysis of the status and the problem of salary, we get the basis to build the wage increase theory. According to economic data in china, we use statistic and measurement tools for empirical analysis of factors. And then we dig out the real reason which affects the wage increase. Traditional wage decision theory considers the most important factor which affects the wage increasing is human resource. But in this paper in all the factors, economy status affects the wage clearly. Our country did not have a perfect decision and negotiation mechanism, which will obviously affect the wage increasing. And then we dig out the real reason which affects the wage increase. Finally, we offer some reference for making perfection of this mechanism.
