Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has achieved remarkable results, gradually increase in the international economic and trade position. In this context, the wages of workers in China should get a higher level of growth, but the reality is not the case. Our workers’ wage growth status and growth mechanism, not only caused great concern of state and government, it also raised a lot of discussion and research in the academia.A reasonable wage growth and workers’wage growth mechanism are of great significance:from the perspective of individual workers can improve the quality of workers and safeguard their interests; from a business perspective, they can improve productivity and competitiveness force; from the national perspective, can promote economic development and social harmony and stability.Taking into account the study of increases in wages mechanism there is much room for development and practical significance of this paper, literature research, data analysis and other methods on how to establish the growth mechanisms of wages in China made a bold attempt. First, analyze our current wage growth status and growth mechanism, and then to explore a variety of factors to explain the reasons for these problems restricting our mechanism of increases in wages, and then draw the wages of workers in Japan’s national income doubling plan the successful experience of the growth mechanism, and finally design a mechanism mode for China’s national conditions, increases in wages, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The body part of this article consists of the following content.The first part is the literature review. In this part, we review and sort out of the wage theory in Western countries, and made a summary of the research status. Development and evolution of wage theory and its socio-economic backgrounds are closely related. In this part, we reviewed the wages survival theory, the wage-fund theory, supply and demand equilibrium wage theory, theory of collective bargaining wage, and so on. Foreign research has focused on the collective bargaining system and legal protection, domestic research focuses on the system of wage guidelines, workers’wage growth mechanism is not systematic and improved.The second part is the problems of growth in the status and the growth mechanism. At present, our workers’wage is low, and it grows slowly and uneven. And the wage growth mechanism is not perfect, wage determination mechanism is not uniform, the collective wage bargaining system is to be the implement, the wage payment security mechanism has yet to be sound.The third part is the factors restricting China’s increases in wages in the formation mechanism. Primarily by market factors and policy factors, labor game factors. In the market, China’s labor supply and demand equilibrium, the existence of monopoly industries, as well as a variety of causes of labor market segmentation, different wage levels of workers and growth are quite different. On policies and systems, our current tax system needs to be reform and adjustment, fiscal policy, social security system prevented the formation of the wage protection mechanisms. In the labor game, China’s labor force and the poor, the quality of workers is low, and labor rights not protected by the law. These factors restrict the mechanism of the formation and development of our country increases in wages.The forth part is the experience of Japanese wage increase mechanism. Wages of workers in China growth mechanism can take the following measures:increase support for vulnerable groups, increase government expenditure, reforming the tax system, strengthening trade union building, and so on.The fifth part is increases in wages in the mechanism design. It should in accordance with China’s overall economic direction and development on the basis of consider China’s basic national conditions. We elaborate the mechanism of increases in wages from the wage pricing mechanism, wage protection mechanism and wage coordination mechanism. First of all, the play of market forces to form a reasonable wage pricing mechanism. We need to improve the formation of the external market conditions in wage growth mechanism. Secondly, relying on the Government’s efforts to form a powerful mechanism for the protection of wages.It need increase support for vulnerable groups, reforming the tax system, and so on. Finally, through the power of trade unions to form an effective wage coordination mechanism.We should strengthen the power of trade union, rely on the Government to build a good platform for the negotiations of both employers and employees, and positive industry-regional wage and collective bargaining.To sum up, there is a certain degree of innovation in the following areas. First, on the research ideas, there is no comprehensive study of the impact of wage growth mechanism factors, but targeted the factors restricting our mechanism for the formation of increases in wages. Secondly, in the analysis perspective, this article from the three perspectives of the market, policy, trade unions studied. And it attaches great importance to the Government to help disadvantaged groups. Finally, the model design of the mechanism of increases in wages, this paper attempts to take advantage of market, government, trade unions the power to form an effective wage pricing mechanism, protection and coordination mechanisms, and then use three mechanisms to protect the establishment and improvement of the mechanism of the increases inages.
