Since the founding of China's distribution system, the wage system has experienced more than once a major reform and restructuring, and the wage decision mechanism is always the priority of the process of reform and adjustment. As China shifts from a planned economic system to a market economic system, the distribution patterns change gradually. It is an urgent problem need to be addressed in our theory and practice that how wage decision mechanism adapts to this change, and consists with economic development goals.The methods of combining qualitative and quantitative are used in this paper. Based on the recalling of wage decision theory and practice in western market economy system, we summed up the standard wage decision model under the conditions of a market economy. Then, we analysis the reformation of China's wage decision mechanism dynamically and statically form the theoretical and empirical perspective. By studying the evolution of wage policy process and the impact of market trend of wage decision trend on the wage levels change, we learn from the successful experiences and the lessons of failure. Objectives and principles construction of China's enterprises wage decision mechanism are raised, and based on which, the mode and framework of our enterprises wage decision are designed. Then, sum up obstacles of China's reform of the wage system, raise the measures and suggestions that to perfect our wage decision mechanism, rationalize the income distribution relations, and promote the healthy development of the market system, improve the people's standard of living.
