China's mechanical and electrical equipment tendering agencies are in a critical stage of facing with how to ensure tendering service quality and how to improve tendering performance.In this context,this paper starts a comprehensive and in-depth study about how to implement the e-commerce strategies to ensure tendering service quality and to improve tendering performance for our mechanical and electrical equipment tendering agencies.Firstly,the development process,the reality facing the opportunities and the problems encountered of our mechanical and electrical equipment tendering agencies are described.On this basis,with the combination of the basic concepts,theory,laws and rules of bidding,this paper analyzes the strategic measures for selection of our mechanical and electrical equipment tendering agencies in the use of SWOT analysis. At the basis of the above analysis,this paper proposes our mechanical and electrical equipment tendering agencies' strategic objectives:to develop e-commerce,to ensure tendering service quality and enhance the tendering performance.And clear the use of third-party e-commerce platform to carry out the implementation of e-commerce strategy.Secondly,this paper analyzes the domestic and international tendering activity characteristics,and builds the application design of a third-party e-commerce platform. Finally,though the case study of mechanical and electrical equipment international tendering management platform of Ministry of Commerce of PRC,this paper tests and verifies the positive impact on tendering service quality and performance with the use of third-party e-commerce platform.
