| The international tendering institution for mechanical and electrical products, which is established in 1985, is an important part of tendering system in our country, also is one of important achievements of import management institution reform of our country, and after thirty-year's improvement, it has basically formed a complete system. Following continuous development of reform and opening, foreign-related trade management institution of our country is faced with more and more pressure, then how to practically protect legal interest of country, society and enterprises, increase economic benefit and utilization efficiency of capital and guarantee quality of tendering and bidding and products becomes a work with much reality.Based on international tendering of mechanical and electrical products, and by analyzing problems exist in related laws and practices, this article finds and discovers somewhere needs to be improved in international tendering and advances an improvement program. Defects or limitations mentioned in this article all exist in tendering practice. The analyzing objects include laws, operation process, documentation regulation, experts management, tendering agent, professional website and supervision institution, which covers all aspects of international tendering of mechanical and electrical products, and countermeasures and problems are one-to-one correspondence.
