| Tendering and bidding system already became the rules for the various countries’ government, enterprise procurement of mechanical and electronic products in international trade. In the international bidding market coexist challenge and opportunity, how to seize market accurately, market share, make full use of the bidding system become a problem urgently to be solved in China’s exporters. To research the strategies for the international bidding of mechanical and electronic products can assist in domestic electrical and mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprises to participate in international competition, improve the purchasing efficiency and quality, plays an important role to carry out the national import and export policy and "made in China 2025".This paper introduce the evolution of tendering and bidding institution, and summarizes the domestic and international main market bidding characteristics of mechanical and electronic products, combining with the bidding of mechanical and electronic products industry data for our country in recent years, analysis the present situation for practicing the system of bidding of our government, raise the question in the tendering and bidding market.
