With the development of knowledge economy and economic globalization,corporate culture plays an increasingly important role in the survival and development of enterprises.Corporate culture is also becoming more common in all businesses.As the core and soul of corporate culture,the corporate culture spirit plays an inestimable role in the development of the enterprise.With the development of society,tourism has become one of the strongest and largest industries in the global economy.However,there are many problems in the process of building enterprise culture in tourism enterprises,which restrict the development of enterprises to a certain extent.The construction of enterprise culture is of great significance to the development of enterprises.It can improve the combat effectiveness of enterprises,market competitiveness,social credibility and internal cohesion.The spirit of corporate culture can gather employees,and only through the enhancement of internal cohesion in order to maintain a high degree of ideological unity,to maintain the pace of work and improve the combat effectiveness of enterprises.Social credibility is an external performance of the company.Only by improving social reputation can the company's good reputation be demonstrated.It can enhance the attractiveness of enterprises and bring more business opportunities and social benefits to the enterprises.This article mainly studies from seven parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly includes the research significance and background,research status at home and abroad,research content,research methods and technical routes;the second part is the theoretical overview of corporate culture.Mainly on the culture,corporate culture,corporate culture,corporate social responsibility theory made a related overview,including the concept,composition,features,functions,connotations and refining methods.The third part is the status quo of spiritual culture construction of China Wudang Cultural Tourism Company.In this section,we introduced the Wudang Cultural Tourism Company and discussed the status quo of the company's spiritual and cultural construction through questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part is the analysis of the status quo of the spiritual culture construction of the Chinese Wudang Cultural Tourism Company.The relevant investigations were conducted to analyze the problems existing in the spiritual culture construction of the Wudang Cultural Tourism Company.The fifth part is the construction strategy of spiritual culture based on corporate social responsibility of China Wudang Cultural Tourism Company.This section analyzes and constructs the three aspects of clarifying the core value of the enterprise,building the enterprise spirit,and forming the enterprise morality.The seventh part is a summary,which summarizes the full text and draws the main conclusions.This article introduces and summarizes the relevant theories of corporate culture at home and abroad,elaborates the definition,structure,types,roles,and construction principles of corporate culture and corporate culture,and establishes the theoretical basis for this article.Introduce the basic situation of China Wudang Cultural Tourism Company.He also conducted research and analysis on the company's spiritualand cultural construction,found out the company's problems in the construction of spiritual culture,and analyzed the causes of the problems.In response to the problems existing in the spiritual culture construction in Wudang,the company clearly defined the necessity of reforming the company's spiritual culture based on corporate social responsibility,and formulated countermeasures for the construction of spiritual culture so that the corporate culture was not in the form.
