Study &Application On Data Management Method Of Ship Production Design In Modern Shipbuilding Mode

As the general development of world economy, international shipbuilding industry has a rapid development with a more and more fast delivery of new type ships and renovation of old ships, which impulses the speediness evolution of international shipbuilding industry in the 21st century. Affected by external economic environment and limited in internal design and production level, domestic shipbuilding industries face three serious difficulties about order receipt, ship delivery and finance operation.Shipbuilding is a systems engineering relating to a great of subjects and organization units."Transform shipbuilding mode, Deepen production design"has a potential faculty to enlarge shipbuilding gross, shorten production period and advance economic benefit. Taking production design is a need for"modern shipbuilding model", which is the phase of the three for ship design and building the shipyard directly takes part in, and affects to the existence of medium and small shipbuilding enterprises. Products data can't be efficiently managed or used and project progress can't be efficiently controlled by enterprises during production design strongly affects the development of domestic medium and small enterprises. Take production design data management system can speed up the production design development of domestic medium and small enterprise and accelerate deep development of digital shipbuilding.This text took momentous ship project in Chongqing as support, through doing study and demand analysis to a shipyard's production organization mode and present production design flow, established documents code rules for shipyard, advanced feasible solutions for design documents management, projects management, modifying management and flow management, applied tortoise plan to regulate shipyard's production design flow and build MITPDM system based shipbuilding production design data management system structure.Finally, under supervision of scientific PDM implementation methodology, a ship type was successfully carried out on MITPDM production data management platform and demonstrated that the practicability and feasibility of this platform. Also a PDM methodology suitable for domestic medium and small shipbuilding enterprises is summarized.
