Nowadays, lack of resources, security of energy sources and protection of environment have already become topics of common concern. So,circular economy, remanufacture engineering, reverse logistics, green supply chain and closed-loop supply chain have also become current research hotspots. As one aspect of reverse logistics, remanufacturing could implement reusing and recycling of the returned products, thereby reduce the consumption of resources and energy in order to reduce environmental pollution, and bring economic benefits for enterprises. Therefore, research on the dynamic economic lot sizing problem with remanufacturing has important practical significance.This dissertation studies the manufacturing /remanufacturing economic lot sizing problem on the scenes of mixed production, and the major work is as follows: The dissertation summarizes the research progress of the lot-sizing problem with remanufacturing, and then introduces the ant colonies optimization algorithm and its application. A mixed manufacturing/remanufacturing lot-sizing model with production capacity is built, and a heuristic ant colonies optimization algorithm is designed according to characteristics of the model. In the algorithm, the pheromone of feasible solutions is adjusted by the selective paths of the last round, and the reservation paths are chosen by the transfer-probability, or the relevant local heuristic process to adjust the reservation paths for a better result is started. On this basis, the proposed ant colonies algorithm is extended to the case of backlogging. The numerical examples of these two categories problems are implemented by programming, and the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithms is verified.
